Under Beans+ Chicken+ Creamy/Cheesy+ General+ Vegetables
This crowd-pleasing, kicked-up casserole uses pantry ingredients and refrigerator staples topped with a refrigerated pie crust and baked until the filling is bubbling and the crust is golden.

Ingredients
1 pkg. (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
1 jar (16 oz.) Pace® Chunky Salsa
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 C. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 C.)
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn
2 cans (9.75 oz. each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1 can (about 15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained

Ingredients
1 10 3/4-oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 C. low fat milk
1 16-oz. jar mild or medium-hot salsa
1 7-oz. bag baked, unsalted tortilla chips
1 16-oz. can fat-free refried beans
1 or 2 jalapeno chiles, thinly sliced
1 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 13″ by 9″ ceramic or glass baking dish, stir undiluted soup with milk until well blended; spread evenly. Top with half of salsa and half of chips. Carefully spread beans over chips. Top with remaining chips and salsa. Sprinkle evenly with chiles and cheddar. Bake until hot, about 20 minutes.

Ingredients
2 can (10 3/4 oz. each) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 C. milk
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
8 C. cooked cut green beans
2 2/3 C. French’s® French Fried Onions
Directions
Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 1 1/3 C. onions in a 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (about 15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
1/2 C. barbecue sauce
1 box (about 8 oz.) corn muffin mix
Directions
Heat the oven to 375°F. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the beans, gravy and barbecue sauce in the skillet.

Ingredients
2 C. cooked brown rice
1 1/2 C. tomato salsa
1 tsp. chili powder
1 15 oz. can black beans, not drained
1 7 oz. can or 1 C. whole kernel frozen corn
2 oz. reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 Tbs. chopped black or green olives (optional)
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients. Spoon into a 6×6 inch shallow casserole. Top with sliced cheese, then olives. Microwave on high for 12 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
Yield: 4

This is always a favorite at my dinner table. This is especially good for children.

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium yellow onion
1 10 oz. can condensed tomato soup
1 15 oz. can cut green beans
4-6 servings of mashed potatoes
1 C. shredded cheese (Colby, cheddar, American, etc.)
Directions
Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Combine soup and green beans with cooked meat. Heat on medium/low for 10 minutes. Pour beef mixture into very large pie pan. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.

Ingredients
1 can chili with beans
2 C. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 large 12-oz. pkg. Doritos (save 2 Cups for casserole topping)
10 to 15 oz.. enchilada sauce
8 oz.. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. onion – grated
1 1/4 C. sour cream
Directions
For the topping, set aside sour cream, 1/2 C. of the grated cheese, and 1/3 of the Doritos bag. Grate a small onion and measure 2 Tbs. and set aside. Take remaining 6-C. Doritos and crumble with your hands into mixing bowl. Mix the onion, and all the other ingredients — except those for the topping — and place into an 8 1/2 x 11-inch casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 375F Remove casserole from oven. Spread on sour cream, cover with Doritos, and sprinkle 1/2 C. cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
