Under Beef+ Crockpot+ hamburger
This is a kid favorite, and even though it is done in a crockpot it doesn’t need to cook for hours and hours. And it is way better than the kind that comes in a box.

Ingredients
12 oz. dried elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 C. shredded pepper jack cheese
1 can chedder cheese soup
1 C. chopped onion
1 C. chopped bell pepper
1 8 oz pkg. sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 C. beef broth
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions, but for 5 minutes less than the actual time on the package. Drain and put in crockpot. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned, drain off fat. Stir meat, cheese, soup, onion, pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and beef broth into pasta. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Under Chicken+ Creamy/Cheesy+ Crockpot
Paired with a green vegetable, this cooked-all-day dish is a full meal.

Ingredients
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 C. shredded Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. milk
2 C. herb stuffing mix, crushed
2 Tbs. margarine or butter, melted
Directions
Spray the inside of crock pot with non-stick spray. Place the chicken in the crock pot in one layer. Top with Swiss cheese. Combine soup and milk and pour over the chicken and cheese. Mix stuffing and butter together in a bowl and sprinkle on top of everything. Cook on low for 7 hours or 4 to 5 hours on high.

Under Beef+ Creamy/Cheesy+ Crockpot
This simple recipe tastes fabulous served over mashed potatoes, hot rice, or buttered egg noodles.

Ingredients
2 lb. frozen cooked meatballs
1 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1 C. water
1 pkg. dry turkey gravy mix
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
2 bay leaves
Directions
Place meatballs in 4-6 quart crockpot. Add soup, water, dry gravy mix, thyme and bay leaves. Cover crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Discard bay leaves before serving. Serve over mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles.

Ingredients
1 32 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. of bacon diced, cooked and drained or 1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
1 medium diced onion
1 green bell pepper diced
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 C. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper (more or less to taste)
Directions
Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon then onions, green pepper and cheese. Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer of cheese. Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper together. Pour over the Crockpot mixture, cover and turn on low. Cook for 10-12 hours.

This easy crockpot stuffed bell peppers recipe is great smelling, simple and made for even the fussiest of eaters!

Ingredients
6 green peppers washed, topped and seeded
1 Tbs. shortening (i.e. Crisco)
1 1/2 - 2 lb. ground beef
1 C. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
dash of basil
1/2 C. ketchup
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce w/ or w/o seasoning
Directions
Heat shortening in skillet and brown beef. Combine meat and next 6 ingredients. Stuff bell peppers. Arrange bell peppers in large crock pot. Can be stacked. Pour tomato sauce over peppers. Cooker on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

A simple yet delicious casserole with beef and noodles slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. Ground beef
1 can Pizza sauce (14 oz)
1 pkg. Noodles (12 oz)
4 oz. Cheese, mozzarella
1 small can Mushrooms
1 Onion (diced)
1 can Spaghetti sauce (14 oz)
4 oz Cheese, cheddar
1 pkg. Pepperoni
1 Green pepper (diced)
Directions
Brown meat and onion. Drain grease. Add sauces. Simmer. Boil noodles until tender; drain. In crock pot, put a layer of noodles, meat mixture, cheeses and pepperoni. Repeat layer one more time. Cook on high for 30 minutes, then on low for 1 hour or until cheese melts.
