Ingredients
1 1/4 C. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 Tbs. butter
1/4 C. finely chopped onion
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbs. chopped green bell pepper
2 Tbs. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. sour cream
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 C. cooked chicken, diced
1/4 C. milk
1/2 C. soft bread crumbs, tossed with a 3 tsp. melted butter

Ingredients
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 C. milk
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 C. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter, melted
Directions
Stir the soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the broccoli mixture. Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and

Ingredients
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 C. water
1 bag (about 16 oz.) frozen vegetable pasta blend
2 C. cubed cooked chicken
1 C. Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
2 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Mix soup, water, vegetable pasta blend and chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix stuffing and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 400°F. for 35 min. or until hot.

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (about 15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
1/2 C. barbecue sauce
1 box (about 8 oz.) corn muffin mix
Directions
Heat the oven to 375°F. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the beans, gravy and barbecue sauce in the skillet.

Ingredients
2 15 oz. cans chili with beans
1 16 oz. pkg. hot dogs
10 corn or flour tortillas
2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Spoon one can of chili into 13×9-inch baking dish. Roll hot dogs up in tortillas. Place in baking dish seam side down. Top with remaining chili, then sprinkle the cheese over the top. Cover the pan with foil (without the foil touching the cheese) and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
ground hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can string style green beans
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
small bag of tater tots
Directions
Brown the hamburger meat. Spray the baking dish with Pam and heat the oven to 350 degrees. Layer the hamburger meat in the bottom of the dish and then layer the soup over the hamburger meat. Layer the can of drained green beans over the soup and pour cheese over the green beans. Finally, add the tater tots and bake for approximately 30-45 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve with a side salad.

This recipe has been in my family for at least 50 years. My grandmother and mother were Hungarian and loved to make this simple dish at least twice a month. I am still carrying on this tradition today.

Ingredients
2 14 oz. cans well drained, chopped sauerkraut
2 10-11 oz. cans, undiluted condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 C. Half & Half
4 Tbs. mustard
4 Tbs. melted butter
4 slices minced rye bread
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 minced onion
1 tsp. black pepper and caraway seeds
1 1/2 lb. chopped deli corned beef
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a sprayed baking dish and toss well. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
