beef taco casserole

A very cheap, quick and easy dish to make for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz..) tomato soup
1 C.chunky salsa or picante sauce
1/2 C. milk
6 (8″) flour tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces or 8 (6″) corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Yield: 4 servings.

1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
11 oz. can tomato soup
14 oz. can chili beans
1/3 C.. sliced black olives
1/2 C.. chopped onions
1 C. grated cheddar
Bag of corn chips
