Under Beef+ Vegetables
Made with a stuffing base and American cheese, this beef and broccoli casserole is a no-fail classic.

Ingredients
1- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 C. cooked rice
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. margarine
3 Tbs. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/4 C. milk
1 C. shredded sharp American cheese
2 C. cubed, cooked beef
1 C. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 C. water
Directions
Cook broccoli; drain. Cook onion in 2 Tbs. of the margarine till tender, but not brown. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly; blending in. Cook and stir till sauce is thickened and bubbly. Add cheese; stir till melted. Stir in cooked rice, broccoli and beef. Put in a 9×13 pan. Melt remaining margarine. Add stuffing mix and water to margarine; toss together. Sprinkle over all. Bake, uncovered 35 - 40 minutes till heated through

Ingredients
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
½ C. margarine, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 (10 ½ oz.) can Cheddar soup
Directions
Drain and cook broccoli. Moisten crushed crackers with half the margarine. Toss broccoli and remaining margarine. Stir cheese soup into broccoli. Turn into a buttered 12 x 8 x 2 inch casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Wonderful low-carb dish with lots of flavor easy to prepare and a light brown topping that will make your mouth water!

Ingredients
1 C. real mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream
2 C. frozen broccoli (do not thaw)
Lots of cooked chicken in chunks (About 4-5 breasts)
2 Tbs. lemon juice (optional)
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic (can be omitted)
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions
Line a 9×13 dish with broccoli, place chunked chicken on top. In a saucepan, place cream cheese, mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and bouillon cubes. Turn on low heat and stir until cream cheese melts and is mixed. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees (cheese may get brown, check at 45 minutes).

Ingredients
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 C. mayonnaise
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. bread crumbs
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, in a large mixing bowl; pour into a buttered 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Yield: 4-6 servings
