Under Creamy/Cheesy+ General+ hot dog
A very tasty casserole that kids love! My great grandmother made this for my mother when she was a small child. we all love it and hope you do too!

Ingredients
* 4 pkgs. hot dogs
* 1 pkg. shredded cheese
* 2 sleeves of saltine crackers
* 2 eggs
* milk (enough to moisten)
Directions
Process hot dogs in food processor and put in a baking pan. Process crackers and add to hot dogs. Add cheese and eggs to the mixture and mix together. Pour milk across the top, and bake in 350-degree oven for about 45 mins or until golden brown.

* 1 7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni (2 C. uncooked)
* 2 Tbs. margarine
* 3 Tbs. flour
* 1 Tsp. salt, if desired
* 1 Tsp. parsley flakes
* 3/4 Tsp. dry mustard
* 3 Tbs. dry bread crumbs
* 1 (6 oz.) jar mushrooms
* 1/4 Tsp. pepper
* 2 C. milk
* 2 1/2 C. shredded American cheese
* 2 C. diced ham
* 1 10 Oz. pkg. frozen asparagus cuts thawed, drained
* 1 10.5 oz. can of asparagus drained can be substituted for frozen asparagus

* 8 oz. lean ground beef
* 2 Tbs. taco seasoning mix
* 2 Tbs. sour cream
* 1/2 C. diced tomato

Ingredients
- 1 8-oz. pkg. noodles
- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 C. raisins
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 C. bread crumbs
- 1/4 C. butter
- seasoning, to taste
Directions
Cook and drain noodles. In a bowl, mix slightly beaten egg, vanilla and cottage cheese. Season to taste. Into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish, add layers of noodles and cottage cheese. Sprinkle with raisins, then again noodles, cottage cheese, raisins, and finally end up with a layer of noodles. Mix bread crumbs with the melted butter and spread on top. Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes in oven at 375 degrees.

This is a healthy casserole filled with delicious chicken and nutritious artichoke and mushroom.

Ingredients
8 pieces chicken
1 can artichoke hearts, well-drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 C. sherry
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions
Sauté chicken in melted butter until lightly browned on both sides. Arrange chicken in a casserole dish. Season and place artichoke hearts throughout casserole. Sauté mushrooms in remaining butter for about 5 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and sherry. Stir until smooth. Pour mixture over chicken and artichokes. Cover and place in oven for about 1 hour, or until chicken is done.

Ingredients
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
1/2 C. shredded carrots (3/4 med.)
1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 C.)
1 8-oz. pkg sliced fresh mushrooms (3 C.)
2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. milk
1 C. shredded Gouda cheese (4 oz.)
3/4 C. frozen sweet peas (from 1-lb. bag), thawed
1 9-oz. pkg refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. In 3-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add carrots, onion and mushrooms; cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender. Stir in flour and salt. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, peas and tortellini. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with crackers. Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until edge begins to bubble.

Under Pasta
Tried this one for my kids when they were young. They refused to eat spaghetti. Of course, instead of using their little forks and spoons they would use their hands. You can use other ingredients but this is better for the little ones. I let mozzarella cheese melt into mine and it is delicious.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 C. milk
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 C. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter, melted
Directions
Stir the soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the broccoli mixture. Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and
