Ingredients

* 1 Tbs. olive or vegetable oil
* 1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 C.)
* 1 lg. clove garlic, finely chopped
* 2 jars or cans (26 oz. each) four cheese-flavored tomato pasta sauce
* 1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
* 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
* 2 bags (25 oz. each) frozen cheese-filled ravioli
* 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Noodle Cottage Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. pkg. noodles
  • 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 C. raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 C. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C. butter
  • seasoning, to taste

Directions

Cook and drain noodles. In a bowl, mix slightly beaten egg, vanilla and cottage cheese. Season to taste. Into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish, add layers of noodles and cottage cheese. Sprinkle with raisins, then again noodles, cottage cheese, raisins, and finally end up with a layer of noodles. Mix bread crumbs with the melted butter and spread on top. Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes in oven at 375 degrees.

Chicken Artichoke Casserole Recipe

This is a healthy casserole filled with delicious chicken and nutritious artichoke and mushroom.

Ingredients

8 pieces chicken
1 can artichoke hearts, well-drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 C. sherry
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions

Sauté chicken in melted butter until lightly browned on both sides. Arrange chicken in a casserole dish. Season and place artichoke hearts throughout casserole. Sauté mushrooms in remaining butter for about 5 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and sherry. Stir until smooth. Pour mixture over chicken and artichokes. Cover and place in oven for about 1 hour, or until chicken is done.

1 11-oz. vacuum-packed whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1/2 C. chunky-style salsa
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 1/2 C. (16 oz.) frozen potato nuggets (from 32 oz. bag)
1/2 C. shredded taco-seasoned cheese (2 oz.)

Macaroni Pasta Recipe

Tried this one for my kids when they were young. They refused to eat spaghetti. Of course, instead of using their little forks and spoons they would use their hands. You can use other ingredients but this is better for the little ones. I let mozzarella cheese melt into mine and it is delicious.

Ingredients

1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

Mix together in a saucepan and let simmer until hot. Be sure to let cool enough for the little ones to eat it.

Taco Casserole Recipe

Basically this dish is already made for you, all you have to do is get the items listed and mix them all together for a dish the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 - 8 oz. pkg. mild cheese, - grated
2 cans cream of Chicken soup
1 - 12 oz. pkg. Nacho Flavor Doritos
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies

Directions

Sauté hamburger until lightly browned, drain. Stir in soup and Rotel tomatoes. Heat until mixture is hot. cover bottom of a casserole dish with half of chips and meat mixture. Layer other half of chips and meat mixture. Top with cheese and bake at 350° until cheese melts.

1/2 C. milk
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 C. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter, melted

Directions

Stir the soup, milk, mustard, broccoli and cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the broccoli mixture. Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and
bubbling.

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (about 15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 C. barbecue sauce

Directions

Heat the oven to 375°F. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the beans, gravy and barbecue sauce in the skillet.
