Like an upside-down pizza in a casserole, this is a great dish because it freezes well and you don’t have to wait for the delivery guy.

Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper
4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, divided
1/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 26 oz. jar pasta sauce
2 C. 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 13.8 oz. can refrigerated pizza crust or 1 11.3 oz. refrigerated pizza
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredients
Pancake mix
3 eggs, beaten
Cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.
Directions
Prepare the pancake mix according to the directions. Make enough for about 8-10 pancakes. Pour in round cake pan and bake in a 350-degree oven until batter is slightly stiff. Pour beaten eggs on top plus any cheese, meats, or veggies your choice. Bake until batter is lightly brown and eggs are cooked. Serve with syrup or fruit topping.

2 Tbs. margarine
3 Tbs. flour
1 Tsp. salt, if desired
1 Tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 Tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbs. dry bread crumbs
1 (6 oz.) jar Mushrooms
1/4 Tsp. pepper
2 C. milk
2 1/2 C. shredded American cheese
2 C. diced ham
1 10 Oz. pkg. frozen asparagus cuts thawed, drained
1 10.5 oz. can of Asparagus drained can be substituted for frozen Asparagus

A very tasty casserole that kids love! My great grandmother made this for my mother when she was a small child. we all love it and hope you do too!

Ingredients
4 pkgs. hot dogs
1 pkg. shredded cheese
2 sleeves of saltine crackers
2 eggs
milk (enough to moisten)
Directions
Process hot dogs in food processor and put in a baking pan. Process crackers and add to hot dogs. Add cheese and eggs to the mixture and mix together. Pour milk across the top, and bake in 350-degree oven for about 45 mins or until golden brown.

Ingredients
10 Potato
1 lb. Hamburger
1 pkg Cheese
Directions
Cook Hamburger and add your seasons. Cook and drain potatoes, then mash up potatoes. In your casserole dish, layer your potatoes then hamburger. Do this twice, then the third time on your hamburger add cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Note any cheese well work.

This is a great way to feed a large number of people with very little cost. Easily multiplied to fit your need.

Ingredients
6 rashers smoky bacon
1 large onion finely chopped
1-2 tins of tomatoes
3 Tbs. dried parsley
8-12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
12 oz. macaroni (or any other shape)
Directions
Bring a large pan of water to the boil for the pasta. Cook as normal. Meanwhile sweat the onions in a little oil add the bacon and continue to cook until the bacon looks done. Then add the tomatoes and parsley and simmer while the pasta cooks.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 C. diced potatoes
1 1/2 C. sliced carrots
1 1/2 C. peas
1 1/2 C. macaroni, cooked
1 10 3/4 oz.. can cream of celery soup
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2 C. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Fry beef and onion in saucepan until brown. Drain. Cook vegetables just until soft. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on high 2 hours, or low 4-5 hours.
