Cowboy Skillet Casserole Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 15 oz. can baked beans
1 Tbs. dry fajita seasoning
1 8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn bread mix
1 egg
1/3 C. milk
