Ingredients
1 7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni (2 C. uncooked)
2 Tbs. margarine
3 Tbs. flour
1 Tsp. salt, if desired
1 Tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 Tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbs. dry bread crumbs
1 (6 oz.) jar Mushrooms
1/4 Tsp. pepper
2 C. milk
2 1/2 C. shredded American cheese
2 C. diced ham
1 10 Oz. pkg. frozen asparagus cuts thawed, drained
1 10.5 oz. can of Asparagus drained can be substituted for frozen Asparagus

Ingredients
6 C. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. uncooked elbow macaroni
4 tbs. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
2 1/2 C. grated mild Cheddar cheese, divided
2 large eggs
1/2 C. milk
paprika, for the top
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. In a 6-quart pot, bring the water and salt to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Return the macaroni to the pot and stir in the butter or margarine until melted. Add 2 C. of the Cheddar cheese. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Beat in the milk. Add the milk mixture to the pot with the macaroni. Stir until combined. Spoon into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 C. Cheddar cheese on top. Dust with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the casserole is warm throughout.

This is a great way to feed a large number of people with very little cost. Easily multiplied to fit your need.

Ingredients
6 rashers smoky bacon
1 large onion finely chopped
1-2 tins of tomatoes
3 Tbs. dried parsley
8-12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
12 oz. macaroni (or any other shape)
Directions
Bring a large pan of water to the boil for the pasta. Cook as normal. Meanwhile sweat the onions in a little oil add the bacon and continue to cook until the bacon looks done. Then add the tomatoes and parsley and simmer while the pasta cooks.

This is a easy dish with very little ingredients to add to it. This is a kid friendly casserole dish with macaroni noodles.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 Tbs. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 C. water
1 C. raw macaroni - cooked
1/4 C. grated cheddar cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, brown meat, drain off excess fat. Stir in Lipton onion soup mix, flour, tomato sauce and water. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Stir in macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven.
Yield: 6 Servings.
