Under Creamy/Cheesy+ Pasta
This cheesy noodle dish is a number one comfort food for kids and adults alike. Easy to throw together and always a family favorite.

Ingredients
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. medium shells or your favorite shaped/type pasta
2 C. heavy/whipping cream
2 C. milk
1 freshly grated nutmeg (easiest with microplane)
2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 C. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. freshly cracked pepper
1/2 C. panko bread crumbs
2 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Liberally butter your baking dish with 1/2 stick of butter. Cook pasta in approximately 5-6 quarts of water until al dente, stirring occasionally. Drain thoroughly.

Under Beef+ Crockpot+ hamburger
This is a kid favorite, and even though it is done in a crockpot it doesn’t need to cook for hours and hours. And it is way better than the kind that comes in a box.

Ingredients
12 oz. dried elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 C. shredded pepper jack cheese
1 can chedder cheese soup
1 C. chopped onion
1 C. chopped bell pepper
1 8 oz pkg. sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 C. beef broth
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions, but for 5 minutes less than the actual time on the package. Drain and put in crockpot. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned, drain off fat. Stir meat, cheese, soup, onion, pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and beef broth into pasta. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

l box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, prepared per instructions
1/2 C. extra milk
1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and drained
1 onion cooked with hamburger
Directions
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Ingredients
Large elbow macaroni
1 tsp. salt
Grated mild longhorn style cheese
Directions
Cook elbow macaroni with salt for about ten minutes, until tender. Drain the macaroni.
Alternate in baking dish the macaroni and grated cheese with the last layer being cheese. Heat in microwave until the top layer of cheese has melted. This is very good and can be frozen and heated for later meals.

Ingredients
2 C. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 5 oz. cans chunk chicken (I use all white meat)
2 C. sheredded cheddar cheese
2 C. milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1/4 C. chopped onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the macaroni, chicken, cheese, milk, soup, mushrooms and onion. Mix together and put into 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

This recipe is simple and tastes awesome. Try it, you will love it. It was handed down to me by my Aunt who lived all over the United States - she used to make it with mustard greens on the side.

Ingredients
1 lb. large elbow macaroni
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large onion, diced
6-8 cloves garlic, diced
salt and pepper
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine diced tomatoes and tomato sauce with onions and garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low simmer and cook for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Boil water for macaroni, cook macaroni and drain. Add tomato mixture to macaroni mix, and add sharp cheddar cheese until melted. Serve.

Ingredients
2 lb. macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 sm. cans cream
2 Tbs. butter
3 lb. cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook macaroni; drain. Mix with salt, pepper, cream and butter. Mix in 2 lbs. of the cheese. Put in a casserole and spread the other 1 lb. cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; let cheese melt.

Ingredients
6 rashers smoky bacon
1 large onion finely chopped
1-2 tins of tomatoes
3 Tbs. dried parsley
8-12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
12 oz. macaroni (or any other shape)
Directions
Bring a large pan of water to the boil for the pasta. Cook as normal. Meanwhile sweat the onions in a little oil add the bacon and continue to cook until the bacon looks done. Then add the tomatoes and parsley and simmer while the pasta cooks.
